Static Screen

Static screens have generally fine bar size and used in industrial applications as well as domestic plants. These are not mounted in a channel but located on the ground.

They are mainly used in removal of settleable solids and the angled surface help deposit the waste with gravity or rake type devices are used remove the solid waste collected on the screen. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel and also from triangle or circle sectioned special sheet metal.
